Joan Burge, a renowned author, speaker, consultant, and administrative expert, has been a visionary for administrative excellence since 1990. Through the creation and presentation of sophisticated training programs and information, Joan equips assistants to move beyond task work to higher-level functions that meet the ever-changing demands of today’s workplace. Before starting Office Dynamics International, Joan worked for 20 years in the administrative profession advancing from receptionist to partnering with CEOs.




Nancy Fraze, CWCA, CEAP, works as a senior legal assistant at Chevron Corporation. She is a member of Office Dynamics International’s Media Team, frequently contributing blog entries and Monday Motivator articles as well as video reports. Nancy has a creative writing and editing business, “Phrase, Ink” and published her first poetry book, Paper Wait in 2008. She was appointed the first Poet Laureate for the Town of Danville, California, serving from 2008-2011. She holds Associate in Arts, Psychology and Bachelor of Science, Communication (Journalism) degrees.




Jasmine Freeman, CWCA, CEAP, is Chief Executive Assistant to Joan Burge. Holding a diverse background as an executive assistant for more than 13 years, Jasmine is an integral part of the Office Dynamics International team. As the strategic business partner to Joan Burge, Jasmine is involved in numerous aspects of the business including the company’s social media initiative. She is a tremendous contributor to the growth of the new generation administrative professional. Jasmine is a featured Office Dynamics blogger and author in the books, Life Choices: Putting the Pieces Together & Life Choices: It’s Never Too Late.
